After my first November Splendor painting in red, I couldn't help but wonder... What would this look like in a different color palette? This painting uses the same composition as the original version in red, but adds in the red-violet hues that have surrounded the design color palettes this fall. Near the end of the painting, I couldn't help but add in some bright red touches. Sometimes the paintings tell me where to take them next.
