Wormsloe is a plantation in Savannah that was made famous by Forrest Gump's run down the driveway lined with beautiful live oak trees. As soon as I discovered this site, it became an inspiration and I have painted here a number of times. This particular painting is the largest painting I have completed to date. It always leaves me dreaming of a warm breeze and a cold glass of sweet-iced tea.
