The artist retains all rights to each piece of artwork created, even sold and commissioned original paintings. The artist retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork unless the collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. This is in addition to the purchase of the original.

The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission from the artist. If the artwork is reproduced in a magazine or other media, please credit the artist.

When a collector purchases an original, the collector has the right to display the artwork in his or her home or business. However, the artwork may not be reproduced for profit without the artist’s written permission.

If a collector is interested in purchasing full or additional partial rights to the painting, please contact the artist for details. Some collectors choose to purchase the artist’s right to reproduce the artwork. Questions of that nature are welcome. Just contact Katie for details.
